This month, Caleb is four months old! It is going by so fast. For New Year's Eve, it was a stormy night, so we stayed in. We used our kit from Christmas to make our own mozzarella and then put it on homemade pizza - yum!

This has been a busy month and we're only halfway through it...I started back to work this month, a combination of babysitting, early intervention work, and special needs advocacy. It is a big adjustment and we are still working on getting our routines down. I love my work but it sure is hard to be away from the little man, even for just a few hours. Also, Jonathan found out he is being laid off at the end of the month. We are trying to see this as a blessing in disguise...he won't have to travel and be away from home anymore, which is wonderful. So the search has begun for something else - not a great job market for searching, but we are certain God has something fun in store for us!
Caleb is getting stronger by the day.

He holds his head up so well and continues to roll over and pivot around to get to what he wants. He has much better hand-eye coordination and can grab toys and get them into his mouth now.

He loves to watch other kids play and run around! He also really likes to hang out in Mom and Dad's bed after he wakes up in the morning.

We try to read books every day and Caleb is learning how to turn the pages.

At his four month checkup, he weighed in at 12 pounds, 5 ounces...still skinny, but that's okay - he's gearing up for basketball season!
