Lucky us, we were chosen for a random security review. Everything is ok, so we are back and playing catch up. We have lots to share!
We had a beautiful Easter. It was cold at the sunrise service but worth it for this view!
We also made some Easter eggs to spiff up our kitchen.
Melinda's belly is growing leaps and bounds. Today we are officially 20 weeks along! We've made it halfway. Here she is with the handmade sock monkey that Auntie Jarah made for us (Jonathan's sister up in Toronto).
Last weekend, Mel's family came to visit and we had our ultrasound - everything looks healthy, thank God! And, it's a boy!! See if you can figure out the pics. Some of them are taken from the bottom up, as if the baby was sitting on the camera, if that helps. Now if we could just think of some names...that must be why we have 20 weeks left. Our favorites are the ones of his little feet...or with his hand in his mouth...or the profiles shots...we just love them all!
It was great to have family here to bargain hunt for baby boy clothes, have a little birthday party for Nana at Auntie Rose's house, and enjoy Grampy's famous homemade fries.
We are starting to acquire baby clothes and other gear from our wonderful and generous friends and family, so we need to get on the ball and get organized. But we just want to be outside! It has been sunny and beautiful this week, and Jonathan has been working out in the yard every day. Mel even started taking walks after walk in the evening, so you know it must be pretty nice out if it's motivating enough to exercise!
Thanks for keeping up with our journey...please post so we know you were here!

Wow...very nice ultrasound pics...very easy to distinguish all the parts, but probably because it hasn't been long since I got to see my own!!! There's no mistaking that he's a boy!!! I like the ones of the feet too. I had an awesome one of Elizabeth with her feet crossed at the ankles...and she still does it all the time now. Melissa
You Look soooo cute!!!!! I am so glad you are doing well! I suggest Belindo for a name :)
